Richard Charbonneau President. Richard is a the founder of the group with over 35 years of Roofing, Construction and Insurance experience. He is licensed as a Roofing Contractor and Insurance Adjuster. He has been Construction Editor for several national magazines, an instructor for Continuing Education courses, a Speaker and Lecturer to many organizations. Memberships include, FRSA, NRCA, RCI, SBCCI, CSI, FAPIA, Voting Board Member of ASTM as well as many property management associations. He is also a Airline Transport Pilot to fly the Infrared Plane at low level at night.

Kate Orton-Charbonneau Vice President is Vice president and Office Manager. Kate has been involved with the firm since inception. Kates major duties are to manage the office and finances as well go in the field to do inspections and proposals. Kate is a licensed Insurance Adjuster and a Licensed Realtor.

David G Eigen Senior Inspector. David has been with the firm for over 10 years and has 35 years of Roofing, Construction and Insurance experience. David specializes in Construction Management, Insurance Claims, and Expert Witness Testimony. David holds Roofing, General Contracting, Insurance Adjuster, and SBCCI Building Inspector Licenses.

Don (Donnie) Miller HVAC inspector. Donnie works for us part time doing HVAC inspections on large Roofing Projects where as many as 500 AC units are located on the roofs. Donnie also works full time for a major Roofing/HVAC/Lightening contractor located in South Florida. Donnie has over 15 years of HVAC experience.

Danny Walker Roofing Inspector. Danny is a part time Roofing Inspector specializing in inspection and CAD Drawings of large Roofing and Construction projects. Danny has over 25 years of Roofing and Construction experience and brings to a wealth of computer skills including CADD Drawings and Designs.

Paul J Charbonneau Inspector and Builder. Paul is a inspector and builder located in the Albany NY area. Paul has been involved in Roofing, and General Contracting in the Troy, Albany, Schenectady, and Saratoga area for over 25 years. Paul specializes in Roofing Project Inspection, and Insurance loss inspections.

David J. Charbonneau Inspector, Builder and Roofing Equipment Distribution. David is a inspector and builder located in the st. Louis area. David has been involved in Roofing and General contracting since 1971 and has built large homes in the Albany area as well as the St. Louis area. David specializes in Roofing Project inspections, Roof Failures, Construction Defects and frequently travels from the St. Louis area to the Florida area as needed.

John Moore Our Plumbing Expert. John inspects and installs Roof Drains, Roof Scuppers, Roof Drainage Calculations, Lift and Boost Pump installations. John has over 25 years experience in the field and has been an Associate with us for over 5 years.
